What You’ll Earn from Day One
Paid training: $650 per week (4–6 weeks)
Solo pay after training: $1,100–$1,300+ per week
Top OTR drivers earn up to $1,800 per week
Transition bonus up to $1,500
Monthly performance bonuses
$300 paid at orientation
Driver Responsibilities
Run 2,500–3,000 miles per week solo
Safely operate a CDL-A tractor-trailer across 48 states
Perform thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate ELD logs and follow DOT regulations
Work with dispatch to ensure on-time freight delivery
Follow company safety policies and maintain a professional attitude
Your Equipment & Route Details
Assigned Freightliner trucks (average age 1.5 years)
Most trucks come equipped with inverters and APUs
60% drop-and-hook, 100% no-touch freight
Truck goes home with you
Home time: 14–21 days out, 2–3 days off
Local route eligibility after 3 months of OTR

Requirements to Apply
Valid CDL-A license
120+ hours of CDL school completed within the last 2 years
Must pass DOT physical (urine and hair test)
Clean MVR (minor issues considered)
Must be at least 21 years old
No recent DUIs, felonies, or at-fault accidents
