Are you a new CDL-A driver looking to get started the right way? Join our dedicated regional fleet based in Orlando, FL and earn $1,300/week on average — no experience required.
You’ll run consistent Regional dry van freight with a regional route that lets you plan your home time for your family’s needs. Whether you’re straight out of truck school or have under a year of experience, this is your opportunity to start strong.
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
Trainees and recent grads welcome
Must pass DOT drug screen and background check
Willing to work weekends and holidays
Able to pass MVR check, drug screen, and background check
Experience
Familiarity with flatbeds or refrigerated trailers
Knowledge of load securement and cargo handling procedures
Strong safety record and time management skills
Responsibilities
Drive assigned regional dry van routes safely and efficiently
Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Follow all FMCSA safety guidelines and company policies
Maintain accurate logs and trip reports
Communicate with dispatch regarding any route updates or concerns
Prioritize safety, timeliness, and professionalism
Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in various situations.
What We Offer

Average Weekly Earnings: $1,300
Miles/Week: ~2,500
Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Short Haul Pay: Same as OTR
