Job Description:
We’re hiring entry-level Class A CDL drivers for a regional route based out of Sumner, WA. This is a great opportunity to start your trucking career with steady miles, modern equipment, and weekly home time. Whether you’re fresh out of CDL school or looking to gain experience, we provide full training and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate a Class A truck safely on regional routes
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Comply with DOT and company safety regulations
Secure freight properly—100% no-touch
Maintain accurate logs and communicate with dispatch
Position Details:
Location: Pullman, WA
Home Time: Home weekly
Shifts: Day & night shifts available
Equipment: 2021+ Freightliner Cascadia
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly Pay: $1,400 – $1,800
Trainee Pay: Offered during training
Orientation Pay: Included
Bonuses: Based on performance
Freight Type: 100% no-touch
Requirements:
Valid CDL-A license
Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
Time management and communication skills
Forklift experience is a plus
Attention to detail in logging and inspections
Qualifications:
CDL Class A license required
No experience necessary—training provided
Basic understanding of truck operation and safety
Manual transmission experience is a plus
Familiarity with reefer and flatbed trailers is helpful
