CDL-A Truck Driver – Entry-Level Opportunity with Training Program
License Required: CDL-A
Experience Level: Recent Graduates Encouraged to Apply
We are currently hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers who are ready to begin their professional driving careers. If you have recently completed truck-driving school but lack on-the-road experience, this opportunity offers a direct path into a full-time solo driving position. Our program provides paid training, modern equipment, and a consistent schedule to ensure your success in the industry.
Compensation and Benefits
Paid training: $650 per week during 4–6 weeks of structured instruction
Solo driver pay: Average $1,100–$1,300+ per week following training
Top solo performers: Potential earnings up to $1,800 per week on over-the-road (OTR) routes
Performance bonuses: Up to 4¢ per mile for safety, fuel efficiency, and productivity
Transition bonus: Up to $1,500
Local and regional driving options available after initial OTR commitment
Minimum Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
Completion of at least 120 hours from an accredited truck-driving school within the past two years
Acceptable motor vehicle record (minor violations considered)
Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical, including hair and urine drug screening
Driver Responsibilities
Operate CDL-A vehicles and perform routine inspections
Drive 2,500–3,000 solo miles per week following training
Maintain accurate electronic logs and adhere to all safety policies and procedures
Communicate with dispatch and adhere to scheduled delivery times
Scheduling and Routes
OTR routes required during the first three months post-training
Local and regional assignments may be available after this initial period
