Are you a new CDL-A driver looking to get started the right way? Join our dedicated regional fleet based in Ocala, FL and earn $1,300/week on average — no experience required.
You’ll run consistent Regional dry van freight with a regional route that lets you plan your home time for your family’s needs. Whether you’re straight out of truck school or have under a year of experience, this is your opportunity to start strong.
Responsibilities
Safely run assigned regional routes across multiple states
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections
Follow all FMCSA safety regulations and company policies
Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding route status
Maintain accurate delivery logs and mileage reports
Focus on safety, efficiency, and time management on the road
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
Trainees and recent grads welcome
Must pass DOT drug screen and background check
Willing to work weekends and holidays
Able to pass MVR check, drug screen, and background check
Experience
Proven experience as a Truck Driver with a valid commercial driving license (CDL).
Familiarity with driving different types of trucks such as refrigerated trailers and flatbeds is preferred.
Experience in load unloading procedures and safe handling of cargo is essential.
Strong knowledge of safety regulations related to commercial driving.
Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong problem-solving skills in various situations.

Miles/Week: ~2,500
Stop Pay: $15 per stop
Short Haul Pay: Same as OTR
