CDL-A Drivers – No Experience Required – Get Paid While You Train
If you’ve recently earned your Class A CDL, this is your chance to start strong with a company that invests in your success. We offer paid training, steady miles, and modern equipment to help you transition into a full-time solo driver.
Job Highlights:
Weekly pay after training: $1,200–$1,300+
OTR schedule: 14 days on, 2 days off
Drive 2,500–3,000 miles per week
Assigned late-model trucks (inverters + APUs included)
100% no-touch freight – Dry Van or Reefer
Bonuses and Extra Pay:
Performance bonus: Up to 4 CPM
Transition bonus: Up to $1,500 based on mileage
Orientation pay: $300 paid after hire
Driver Qualifications:
Valid Class A CDL
120+ hours from a CDL-accredited school (within 2 years)
Must be 21 years or older
Clean driving history (minor infractions reviewed case by case)
Must pass DOT background, physical, and drug testing (urine + hair)
