Are you a recent CDL graduate or a newly licensed Class A driver? Join ourteam and get the support, training, and pay structure designed to help you succeed. We’re actively hiring entry-level CDL-A drivers in the San Antonio area who are ready to build a solid career on the road.
What We Offer
Paid Onboarding: $650/week during initial training
Average Weekly Pay: $1,100–$1,200
Sign-On Bonus: $300 (paid during onboarding)
90-Day Bonus: Up to $1,500
Performance Bonuses: Earn extra for safety, fuel efficiency, and productivity
Modern Equipment: Late-model trucks with 24/7 driver support
Your Responsibilities
Perform routine pre- and post-trip inspections
Adhere to all DOT regulations and company safety guidelines
Deliver freight safely, securely, and on schedule
Maintain accurate logbooks and professional communication with dispatch
Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
Minimum age of 21
Clean driving record and background
Able to pass DOT physical and drug screenings (urine & hair test)
