Job Description:

Whether you’re new to trucking or have some experience, we provide paid training to help you get on the road safely and confidently. As an OTR driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight over long distances, following safety protocols, and ensuring timely deliveries to various locations across the country.

Pay & Benefits:
Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,500
Bonus Opportunities: Additional performance-based bonuses
Paid Orientation: $300
Paid Training: 4-6 weeks, fully paid
Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match
Transition Bonus: Up to $1,500 (milestone-based)
Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance: Available after 30 days
Freight & Routes:
Mileage: 1,900–2,100 miles per week
Route: OTR (Over-the-Road) – long-distance routes across the country
Home Time:
Home every two weeks
Equipment:
Trucks: State-of-the-art Freightliner trucks (average age 1.5 years), most with inverters/APUs
Tools: EZ Pass & Pre-Pass provided for easy toll payments and weigh station bypasses
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport freight across long-haul OTR routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
Keep accurate delivery logs and maintain compliance with hours-of-service regulations
Maintain effective communication with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws at all times
Ensure on-time, safe deliveries to various destinations
Qualifications:
Required: Valid CDL A with necessary endorsements
Must be 21 years or older
No prior driving experience required (paid training provided)
Clean drug screening (both hair and urine)
No at-fault accidents, DUIs, or felonies in driving history
Strong time management skills and ability to handle a demanding schedule
Skills:
Strong understanding of freight handling procedures
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers
Attention to detail in completing delivery logs and conducting vehicle inspections
