Job Description:
We are offering an exciting opportunity for individuals to begin their career as an OTR Class A Truck Driver. Whether you’re new to the trucking industry or have limited experience, our paid training program is designed to ensure you are fully prepared and confident on the road.
As a Class A OTR driver, you will be responsible for transporting freight over long distances, ensuring timely deliveries, and complying with all safety and DOT regulations. Pay & Benefits:
Weekly Earnings: $1,400 – $1,500
Bonus Opportunities: Additional performance-based bonuses
Paid Orientation: $300
Paid Training: 4-6 weeks, fully paid
Retirement Plan: 401(k) with company match
Transition Bonus: Up to $1,500 (milestone-based)

Freight & Routes:
Mileage: 1,900–2,100 miles per week
Route: OTR (Over-the-Road) – long-distance routes across the country
Home Time:
Home every two weeks
Equipment:
Trucks: State-of-the-art Freightliner trucks (average age 1.5 years), most with inverters/APUs
Tools: EZ Pass & Pre-Pass provided for easy toll payments and weigh station bypasses
Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport freight across long-haul OTR routes
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
Maintain accurate delivery logs and comply with hours-of-service regulations
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to ensure timely deliveries
Adhere to all safety regulations and traffic laws
Ensure safe and timely deliveries to various destinations
Qualifications:
Required: Valid CDL A with necessary endorsements
Must be 21 years or older
No prior driving experience required (paid training provided)
Clean drug screening (both hair and urine)
No at-fault accidents, DUIs, or felonies in driving history
Strong time management skills and ability to manage a demanding schedule
