CDL A Truck Driver – No Experience

Job Summary:
We’re hiring Class A CDL drivers who are ready to begin their trucking careers We provide the training and support you need to get started. You’ll be responsible for delivering freight safely and on time while building real experience on the road.
Pay:
Accept Trainee: Earn $650 per week during onboarding Solo Driver Pay
Average payment: $1,200–$1,500 per week
Sign-On Bonus: $300, paid during onboarding
90-Day Bonus: Up to $1,500 based on performance
Performance Bonuses: Additional pay for safety, fuel efficiency, and on-time delivery
Home time : Two weeks out and two days off
Requirements:
Valid Class A CDL
21 years or older
Clean driving record and background
Able to pass a DOT physical and drug test
Duties :
Drive various types of trucks, including flatbed and roll-off trucks, to deliver freight to designated locations.
Load and unload cargo, ensuring proper handling and securing of materials during transport.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation as required by company policies.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise during transport.
Operate forklifts as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
Skills :
Proven experience in truck driving with a valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles.
Strong understanding of freight handling procedures.
Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and customers.
