Job Summary
Join our Regional OTR Dry Van fleet. We’re hiring both experienced CDL-A drivers and qualified trainees to run consistent freight across the Midwest. This role offers competitive pay, regular home time, and strong support from our regional operations team.
Position Details
Freight Type: Dry Van
Load Types: Live load, live unload, preload, drop-and-hook, load assist when needed
Region: Midwest (IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, MI, MN, MO, ND, NE, OH, WI)
Home Time: Every two weeks, with potential to pass through home in between
Shift: Day and night driving opportunities available
Weekend Work: Yes
Holiday Work: As needed based on freight volume
Equipment: Late-model trucks with full support network
Compensation
Average Weekly Pay: $1,000 – $1,400
Short Haul Pay: $25 for loads under 100 miles
Stop Pay: $25 per stop
Performance Bonus: Up to $0,6 cpm through the Driver Performance Bonus Program
Weekly Mileage: 2,500 miles
Higher pay scale available based on tenure and performance
Training & Orientation
Trainees Welcome: We hire first-seat drivers and recent graduates
Orientation Includes: Travel, meals, and lodging provided
Training: Hands-on with experienced Driver Leaders and detailed safety instruction
Requirements
Valid CDL-A license
Willingness to assist with unload using pallet jack if required
Ability to run OTR in all weather conditions
Trainees must meet DOT qualification standards
Driver Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A commercial motor vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
Transport dry van freight across Midwest states on OTR routes
Perform live load, live unload, drop-and-hook, and preload tasks as required
Assist with unloading using pallet jack when needed
