Pay & Incentives
Weekly pay: $1,400–$1,500/week
CPM rate: 60 – 70 CPM ( increased by 1 CPM annually max out in 10 years)
Annual equivalent: $72,000– 78,000/year
Miles: ~ 2,000 – 2,500 per week
Home Time
Home every week 10 days out 2 days home
Day off typically includes Saturday or Sunday
Both shifts Day and Night available
Consistent scheduling based on freight availability

Requirements
Valid Class A CDL in good standing
21 or older
Entry-level drivers are welcome – 0 months of experience required
Minor violations reviewed case by case
Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer
Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate ELD logs and delivery paperwork
Deliver freight safely and on time
Operate automatic tractor with 48’–53’ trailer
Follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations
