Intermodal Night Dispatcher (4:30pm – 1:00AM)
2-5 yrs experience with Intermodal
Serve as the main point of contact for company and O/O drivers operating during work shift.
Maximize freight coverage and driver revenue and minimize LFD expenses and potential errors by working in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
Promptly assist drivers with any equipment issues, detention time, rail billing and any additional requests made by driver.
Help assign trucks to company drivers starting their shift.
