OTR Truck Driver – CDL-A | Paid Training for Recent Graduates

Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers. This role is open to both experienced drivers and recent CDL-A graduates. Our structured paid training program is designed to help new drivers gain confidence and establish a successful trucking career.
Compensation & Benefits:
Weekly Pay: $1,200 – $1,500
Paid Training: 4-6 weeks of hands-on instruction
Home Time: Two full days off every two weeks
Freight Type: 100% no-touch freight, including preloaded, live load/unload, and drop & hook
Modern Equipment: Automatic trucks with an average fleet age of 1.5 years
Hiring Bonus: $300 upon completion of orientation

Qualifications:
Must have a valid CDL-A license
Minimum age: 21 years old
No prior experience required—ideal for recent CDL graduates
Clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the past five years

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate company trucks and transport freight efficiently
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, and required documentation
Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers
Comply with all traffic laws and company safety policies
