Role Descriptions There are multiple full-time, on-site warehouse roles based in Liverpool, supporting multiple warehouse opportunities across the operation. Day-to-day responsibilities include receiving inbound goods, unloading deliveries, accurately checking and storing inventory, and preparing orders for dispatch through efficient packing and labelling.
Team members will operate basic warehouse equipment, help maintain organised and safe storage areas, and follow established processes to ensure timely, accurate shipping and receiving. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues to meet daily fulfilment targets and supporting continuous improvement in warehouse workflows and standards.

Available Positions
Warehouse Operative
- Duties: Receiving stock, sorting goods, moving stock into storage, inventory control, general warehouse maintenance, and preparing items for dispatch.
- Requirements: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Reach / Counterbalance Stacker Truck Driver
- Duties: Safe operation of stacker/forklift trucks, moving pallets, loading and unloading vehicles, and high-bay racking management.
- Requirements: Valid forklift/stacker truck license and prior handling experience.
Pick and Pack Operative
- Duties: Picking orders accurately using pick sheets or hand scanners, packing products securely, and labeling items for shipment, experience with Mintsoft.
- Requirements: High accuracy, good hand-eye coordination, and ability to meet target pick rates, Good teamwork and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing workloads.
Shift Patterns & Working Hours
- Weekday Shifts: Flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM
- Weekend Shifts: Shifts available between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM
