Join a leading UK freight forwarder as a Multi-Modal Operator, managing shipments across Sea (FCL/LCL), Air, and European Road Freight. This is a hands-on role overseeing the full process—booking, customs, documentation, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage import/export shipments via sea, air, and road
Complete customs entries via CDS and work with Destin8/CNS
Coordinate with carriers, hauliers, and port authorities
Prepare transport documents (BLs, AWBs, CMRs)
Provide client updates and resolve shipment issues
What You’ll Need:
Freight forwarding experience (multi-modal preferred)
Knowledge of UK customs, Incoterms, and port systems
Strong communication and organisational skills
