Illinois Central School Bus, a division ofNorth America Central School Bus, is looking for Bus Aides tojoin our growing teamin O’Fallon, IL.

Description:
Knows the route and remains alert to monitor the welfare of passengers while enroute. Keeps order on the bus.
Communicates behavior problems and conditions of various stops with the driver. Cooperates and communicates with school personnel, parents, and students.
Assists in pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus, including child checks, CSRS, and wheelchair lifts.
Assists students in the loading and unloading process.
Attends all safety and training meetings.
Conducts emergency evacuation from the bus, including exiting from the emergency door. May also require physical removal of a disabled child from the bus.
Assists driver in completion of required paperwork for District, State, ICSB, etc.
Cleans the insides of the bus including sweeping, dusting, and cleaning windows.
Performs other specialized functions as required by contract.
Qualifications:
At least 18 years old & hold a valid state I.D.
Pass a background check, drug screen & physical.
Wages:Based on experience
COVID-19 precautions:
Personal protective equipment provided or required.
Temperature screenings.
Social distancing guidelines in place.
Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.
Job Type:Part-time
Pay:$14.00 – $15.25 per hour
