POSTION PROFILE (Job Summary)
The Entry-Level Mechanic is responsible for helping the shop with repairs, service and preventive maintenance of semi-trucks and trailers.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPSONSIBLIES
Possess knowledge or willingness to learn in the following.
– Oil Changes
– PM inspections
– Air brakes systems
– Light electrical
QUALIFICATIONS
– 3 Months in shop experience
– Mechanical aptitude
– Basic set of tools and toolbox
– Valid driver’s license
– Pass pre-employment drug screen
– Take verbal and written directions
HOURS AND COMPENSASION
This Is a full time; 40 hour a week positions. Positions may require days, nights, or weekend shifts.
– Compensation $20-$23hr DOE
