We are seeking a Materials & Customs Coordinator to coordinate material movements and customs activities supporting operational requirements. The successful candidate will ensure compliance with customs regulations, maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate logistics stakeholders to ensure efficient material delivery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound material flows.
  • Manage import/export and customs-clearance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company procedures.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability and logistics documentation.
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, contractors, freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely material delivery and effective collaboration.
  • Support logistics contract management and monitor logistics and customs performance through reporting and KPI tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with Company HSE procedures and applicable safety requirements.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

  • Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 to 6 years’ experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination or supply chain operations.
  • Knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, HS Codes and Incoterms.
  • Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management and material traceability.
  • Experience coordinating logistics contractors, freight forwarders, customs brokers and transportation service providers.
  • Knowledge of SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems.
  • Fluent in English and Greek is mandatory

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently and safely.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • The role may require travel to or work at onshore and offshore project locations, depending on the assignment and project requirements.
