Responsibilities
- Check stock/surplus availability and other locations to initiating reservation in the system for those required offshore in a timely manner.
- Responsible the material planning and forecast requirements for location.
- Receive, inspect and verify all items received at offshore location against description, quantity and WO/PR number as depicted in the Procurement system.
- If confirm acceptable, MIV/MIT is to be acknowledged. Items are to be tagged for storage or user duly advised if items are direct charged, update record/MMM timely.
- Issue item for usage as authorized by platform Supervisor or supervisor and the update thetransaction in the record log book/ register.
- Carry out regular maintenance of items in storage such as cleaning, lubricating or repackaging in order to prolog shelf life and prevent corrosion
- Do physical count of items available in store at least twice yearly and ensure fully list of items updated for auditable purposes.
- Performed all safety hazard in relation to material and movement in line with the company safety policies and procedures standard.
- Carry out daily housekeeping activities at location store.
- Identify all non-moving items and prepare listings at location store for returning to plant store as per guide.
- Coordinate and monitor material technical clarification, specification verification or evaluation as expeditiously.
- Assist in cargo handling at offshore location and liase with radio operator on vessel schedule and movement.
- Carry out general administrative tasks, i.e compilation of reports, filling of certificates MSD/CSDS and proper documentation/filings and records in take and handover are done in a proper and efficient manner.
- All responsibilities are covering for FPSO & LWP.
- As Crane Operator during crane operation.
- To undertake other job responsibilities as and when required by the Superior.
Qualifications
- Has experienced as Materialsman.
- Possess Offshore Pedestal Crane Operator Course.
- Able to carry out assignment/general administrative tasks as and when requested by Supervisor/OIM.
- 3 years’ experience in stock and material handling system in the oil and gas especially in FPSO/FSO or; offshore facilities.
