FRONT LINE Forwarding & Agency, is a growing company in the Marine Logistics industry committed to Quality, Excellence and Accuracy.
We are looking for a reliable and active Delivery on Board operator το join our D.O.B. team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for all stages of logistics chain, ensuring that essential spare parts and supplies reach the vessels safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the purchase order (PO) until safe delivery on the vessel.
- Coordinate and supervise the delivery process to various port terminals.
- Check and handle shipping documents, proof of delivery and customs documents.
- Communicate with and coordinate the global agency network.
- Communicate with port authorities and vessels agents.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in forwarding sector.
- Previous experience in marine logistics, ship supply services is a plus.
- Fluency in English (Essential for communicating with international crews).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to control and coordinate boarding and loading/unloading operations.
- Flexibility with working hours (vessel schedules can change).
