We are looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Group Supply Chain division as a Manager – Import & Export.
Key Responsibilities
·        Sound knowledge in end-to-end Import & Export process with the exposure of Banks, BOI, IECD, SLSI, TRCSL, NMRA, CUSTOMS, CEA and Merchant shipping.
·        Proficiency of handling all payments instruments along with the knowledge of UCP 600.
·        Sound knowledge in charter parties, ship handling, ship agencies, BL’s and Certification & Inspection bodies.
·        Should be well conversant with the BP GTC 2015, BP GTC 2020 and Incoterms 2020.
·        Optimize import/export processes to reduce costs and improve lead times.
·        Maintain accurate documentation and records related to imports and exports.
·        Oversee supplier negotiations, contracts, and shipment tracking.
Qualifications & Skills
·        Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field.
·        Minimum 10 years of industry and 3 years of managerial experience. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, shipping routes, and international trade policies.
·        Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/SAP systems.
·        Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
·        Ability to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders, and drive operational improvements.
