What the role is:
[LTA-TRO] EXECUTIVE, WARRANT ENFORCEMENT (9 MONTHS TEMP CONTRACT)
What you will be working on:
You will be part of the warrant enforcement team within the compliance management division handling warrant of arrest (WA) matters. You will be required to assist the team in areas such as, but not limited to, administrative duties and preparations of operations. You will also be required to handle phone and email enquiries from members of the public related to the WA issued.
Additionally, you may be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on WA-related matters.
What we are looking for:
Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in enforcement.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Good office operations and coordination skillset; able to work independently and as part of a team.
Pleasant personality with goodcommunicationand interpersonal skills.
Able to engage and handle members of the public face-to-face and via phone calls.
On-the-job trainingwill be provided on the usage of internal systems.
