(What the role is)
SENIOR MANAGER, BUS OPERATIONS
(What you will be working on)
You will manage the 24-hour Bus Operations Centre, which monitors public bus service operations and performance. In addition, you will supervise the sections to ensure that bus stops and road infrastructure are ready for bus service implementations, bus service diversion plans are in place for road closures due to on-street events and fare revenue measures are ope rationalised according to plans to minimise revenue leaks.
Beyond these, you will liaise with the bus operators to plan and execute emergency bus response plans.
(What we are looking for)
– Tertiary qualification in any discipline
– At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory role handling operations management
– Good written, analytical and
communication skills
– Meticulous and have an eye for details with good situational awareness
– Able to exercise sound judgement with ability to multi-task in a
dynamic environment
– Quick to adapt to new situations and changes
