Our client is one of the oil trading companies that has a strong presence in Asia, and they are looking for an LPG Operation Executive to cover both shipping and cargo operations
Responsibilities:
Handle cargo operations and vessel operations
Draft and handle sales and purchase contract
Oversee overall operations for Free on Board (FOB) and Cost and Freight (CFR) contracts.
Manage all aspects of shipping logistics, including coordination with carriers, scheduling, and ensuring timely deliveries.
Monitor and ensure compliance with trade regulations and operational procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to optimize shipping and freight processes.
Resolve any operational issues related to freight and shipping to ensure smooth delivery.
Handle shipping and banking documents (L/C, B/L, invoice etc.)
Handle recover claims and demurrage from counterparties
Check and update the operations data in the system for analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies or equivalent with 1 years of experience in LPG Operation.
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Able to handle pressure and stress
Able to work in a team and independently
Strong time management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
