Job Summary

The Logistics & Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating logistics operations, material movements, inventory management, warehousing activities, and transportation requirements to support offshore oil and gas operations. The role ensures the timely and cost-effective delivery of equipment, spare parts, consumables, and project materials while maintaining compliance with company procedures, HSE standards, customs regulations, and offshore operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate the transportation of materials, equipment, and supplies between onshore bases, ports, vessels, and offshore installations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and transportation providers.
  • Coordinate vessel loading and unloading activities in accordance with project schedules.
  • Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, and dispatch of materials.
  • Ensure proper material handling, preservation, labeling, and storage practices.
  • Ensure critical spare parts and operational materials are available for offshore operations.
  • Work closely with offshore teams to prioritize urgent material requests.
  • Support shutdowns, maintenance campaigns, drilling operations, and project execution activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or materials management within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Marine, EPC.
  • Experience supporting offshore operations is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, freight forwarding, and import/export processes.
  • Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, JDE, or similar inventory management systems.
  • Strong understanding of offshore supply chain operations and material management practices.
  • Strong knowledge of SKK Migas PTK 007 Rev. 05 (or latest revision) related to procurement, material management, inventory control, warehousing, and contractor supply chain compliance.
  • Understanding of Indonesian customs regulations, import-export procedures, and offshore logistics requirements.
  • Familiarity with international logistics standards and best practices for Oil & Gas operations.
  • Knowledge of material traceability, preservation, and warehouse management requirements in accordance with client and project specifications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
