Cargo Warehouse /Office Agents – Full Time
FARO Cargo Handling Solutions, a division of FARO Logistics Inc., is an industry-leading provider of international and domestic air freight and USPS mail-handling services. We take pride in consistently providing reliable, high-quality service to our customers.
FARO CHS is growing, and we are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our team as Full-Time Cargo Warehouse & Office Agents.
This is a direct-hire opportunity with FARO Cargo Handling Solutions.
FARO operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must have schedule flexibility based on operational needs.
Schedule and continued placement are subject to attendance, performance, and operational requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
Successful candidates should possess the following:
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to learn and work with cargo and warehouse management systems.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced air cargo environment.
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 30–50 lbs., and occasionally up to 70 lbs. with assistance, when operationally necessary.
- Valid driver’s license highly preferred, but not required.
- Previous air cargo, freight, logistics, warehouse, or office experience preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse/cargo data systems is a plus.
- Previous experience with Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments is preferred but not required.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
AIRPORT SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
This position requires access to a secured airport/cargo environment.
Candidates must successfully complete all required background screening and meet applicable eligibility requirements to obtain and maintain the necessary airport/security credentials.
