Logistics Tracking Coordinator USA
80% Remote Work
The Logistics Tracking Coordinator role is critical in supporting the US operations team by tracking shipments and dispatching trucks inside the US. The role will also require close collaboration with the US based Operations Team.
The role will work closely with Managers, Accounting, Tracking and the Operations Team in compliance with the company’s operations structure.
Skills & Needs for the position:
- English- speaking, reading and writing above 85 %
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a tracking or dispatch related role for a freight forwarder.
- Bachelor's Degree in International Business, Logistics or related field required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize assignments
- Customer Service and relationship management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Well organized with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Effectively multi-task with planning and efficiency
- Proficient use of applicable technology; specifically, Google Workspace and Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Power Point) Shipping Lines and Airlines websites
- Positive, solution-oriented attitude
- This position is 80% remote and 20% on-site in the city of Bogota.
