Key Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating shipments, deliveries, and transportation schedules.
Track and update inventory records to ensure accurate stock levels.
Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and freight forwarders for timely deliveries.
Ensure compliance with customs regulations, shipping policies, and documentation requirements.
Handle logistics-related inquiries and resolve shipment delays or issues.
Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and reports for logistics operations.
Support in optimizing cost-effective transportation and distribution solutions.
Collaborate with warehouse teams to streamline storage and order fulfillment processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
Knowledge of shipping regulations, freight management, and customs procedures.
Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
