该职位来源于猎聘 Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up the international transportation activities from Oversea suppliers to APAC sea/air harbor according to customer’s needs in order to meet the monthly sales revenue achievement on time;
- Take in charge warehouse management both of bonded and non-bonded:
- Warehouse inbound & outbound ( receiving, pick & pack)
- Monthly Stocktaking accuracy
- Monthly warehouse running volume and cost
- Operate domestics inland transportation from both bonded and non-bonded warehouse to the customer’s sites as well as the cost:
- On time delivery as promised by 3rd party logistics service provider
- Delivery cost and volume
- Instruct and monitor the direct deliveries service from local plant to customer’s site.
- Make daily communication with other departments
- With Finance Dept.: Monthly cost
- With Sales Dept.: Stock available / Sales order operation status / Delivery status
- Full fill the KPI monthly report on time.
- Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the Dept. Manager. Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Over 3-4 years Logistics working experience of bonded & non-bonded warehouse operation/ inland delivery , automotive aftermarket experience is preferred;
- Good knowledge of the principle of international trading business among China and other countries.
- Good PC skills for MS-Office software is must, WMS & SAP skills be a plus.
- Good command of English in both spoken and written;
