Premier Services & Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to support our logistics operations by ensuring the efficient coordination of order fulfillment, inventory management, and product distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process documentation related to order fulfillment, shipping, and transportation.
- Coordinate the movement of products and materials to ensure timely deliveries.
- Support inventory management activities and maintain accurate logistics records.
- Monitor shipments and collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners.
- Ensure all logistics documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with company procedures.
- Assist in resolving delivery and transportation issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the logistics function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar coordination role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
