Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Specialist/Manager to manage the day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient movement of goods throughout the supply chain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating shipments, managing inventory flow, liaising with suppliers and freight forwarders, and maintaining accurate logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and delivery
Work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
Track shipments and proactively resolve any delays or issues
Manage inventory levels and support stock replenishment planning
Maintain and prepare shipping documents, invoices, customs declarations, and other regulatory paperwork
Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations and company policies
Analyze logistics data and suggest improvements to optimize cost and efficiency
Support monthly logistics reports and KPIs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain management
Familiarity with logistics software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
