Job Responsibilities
Oversee the entire logistics process, ensuring all process complete on time and accuracy per SOP
Plan and track the shipment according to customer requirements, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Prepare and maintain detailed records of shipment data in Newtimes platform
Coordinate closely with vendor, forwarder and internal stakeholders for all logistics requirement per buyer guideline
Follow up instruction from management
Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or relevant disciplines
At least 3 years work experience in logistics environment; Experienced in garment industry exporting to US and other international markets is required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good team player
Good Command of both written and spoken English
Knowledge of Chinese is an advantage
Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel (Pivot Table, Vlookup) PowerPoint, Outlook, D365
