We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Supply Chain – Logistics Specialist to oversee the inbound and outbound logistics operations for our global Biopharma client, ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products through the supply chain. This role plays a critical function in coordinating inventory management, warehousing, and transportation activities to meet the organization’s internal goals and external customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound logistics operations, including transportation scheduling, inventory levels, and warehouse activities.

Ensure timely and accurate delivery of raw materials, components, and finished goods to support production and customer needs.

Manage and execute logistics strategies that optimize cost, speed, and service level agreements (SLAs) across the distribution network.

Administer and continuously improve inventory control systems to maintain accurate stock records and minimize discrepancies.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, quality, and customer service to align logistics with broader business goals.

Ensure logistics operations comply with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and internal policies.

Serve as a primary liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight carriers, and suppliers.

Use SAP and other logistics systems to track inventory, generate reports, analyze data, and support decision-making.

Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain performance.

Support special logistics projects, seasonal planning, and risk mitigation initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field).

Minimum 6 years of experience in logistics, with a strong emphasis on distribution, transportation, and inventory operations.

At least 4–6 years of experience in warehouse and distribution environments.

Minimum 4–6 years of hands-on experience with SAP in logistics or supply chain modules (MM, WM, SD preferred).

Strong understanding of inventory control principles, transportation planning, and warehousing practices.
