About the Company: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Logistics Specialist to join our company that provides a platform that target and connect elite and high quality food providers with high end customers.
About the Role: The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating, optimizing, and executing the movement of goods, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily delivery operations, ensuring drivers/riders are dispatched efficiently.
Monitor real-time delivery tracking systems to resolve delays, route issues, or delivery failures.
Work closely with partner restaurants, merchants, and drivers to streamline logistics processes.
Analyze delivery performance metrics (e.g., on-time rate, delivery time, failure rate) and propose improvements.
Maintain logistics databases and ensure accurate order and fleet data.
Assist in planning and scaling delivery zones based on demand and traffic trends.
Support onboarding and training of new delivery partners/riders.
Collaborate with customer service and tech teams to solve logistical challenges.
Ensure compliance with company safety standards and delivery protocols.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (preferably in the delivery or e-commerce sector). Strong understanding of routing, fleet management, and last-mile delivery challenges. Proficiency in logistics software and tools (e.g., routing software, Google Maps, Excel). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with shifting priorities. Flexible to work on shifts/weekends if needed.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a delivery app or on-demand logistics company. Familiarity with real-time delivery tracking systems and dispatch platforms. Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
