Title: Logistics Specialist

Mission: Guarantee the timely and continuos supply of finished product to customers through an adequate management of the last mile, transportation, packagin equipment, logistics and customs services, as well as ensuring the correct billing of the finished product.
Activities
Direct contact with Apodaca’s facility to ensure proper delivery of product as well as being responsilbe on notifying any potential risk that may impact out customer.
Invoice tracking, make sure information is correct and updated.
Negotiate with customer the assignment of new broadcast and ensure changes in sequence when needed.
Communication with railroad companies and rail supplier to ensure on time deliveries
Inventory control and ensure FIFO is being followed.
Daily demand monitorin, perform the run down and make sure we have demand covered.
Requirements
Bachelor degree
Experience in last mile logistics, distribution or transportation in industrial environments or distribution centers.
Knowledge of supply chain management and distribution logistics in Mexico and the US.
Technical skills: logistics management, supplier and customer management, lean manufacturing
