Houston client is looking for a direct hire professional looking to build a career in supply chain and logistics with a strong attitude and willingness to learn.
- Support daily logistics activities by organizing and maintaining BOLs, timesheets, shipping documents, and tracking updates.
- Assist with invoice and expense report follow-up, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Prepare Excel reports and utilize data to track information, identify discrepancies, and support team operations.
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners to gather information and provide timely updates.
Qualifications
- 0–2+ years of experience preferred; logistics or supply chain experience is not required—warehouse, customs, procurement, or related experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred
Preferred Skills
- Bilingual Spanish skills.
