We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join our growing team on a part-time, virtual basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in international logistics, shipping coordination, and warehouse communication—particularly in the chemical or fertilizer trading sector.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipping schedules and logistics documentation
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and warehouse teams
Track and manage inventory flows and deliveries
Ensure timely and compliant import/export processes
Support order fulfillment, invoicing, and delivery confirmation
Communicate effectively with local and international suppliers/customers
Requirements:
Based in the UAE (preferably Abu Dhabi)
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/supply chain
Strong knowledge of customs clearance and freight operations
Experience with chemical/fertilizer logistics is a plus
Excellent English communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and logistics software tools
Ability to work independently, remotely, and meet deadlines
