Logistics Specialist – $1,000 Weekly Pay
Location: 7100 Riverport Dr, Louisville, KY
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM (1-hour lunch)
Overtime: As needed (Average 40–45 hours/week)

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Logistics Specialist to support distribution operations in a cGMP‑regulated biotechnology environment
. This role is critical in ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment of marketed products within a fast‑paced distribution center setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship products based on customer orders.
- Use manual labor, pallet jacks, and powered industrial equipment (forklifts, walkie riders, turret trucks) to move materials.
- Perform routine inventory counts and maintain accurate records.
- Conduct safety and functionality checks on equipment (e.g., forklifts).
- Enter and update data in internal systems with a high degree of accuracy (SAP preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
. - Ensure proper documentation and record retention in compliance with corporate policies
. - Assist with departmental projects including investigation, analysis, documentation, and process improvements
. - Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as needed.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs repeatedly
. - Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods
. - Comfortable working in a warehouse/distribution environment
. - Adherence to all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements
