We are currently seeking a “Logistics Specialist” to join our team at our İstanbul center office, bringing positive energy and contributing to our strength.
QUALIFICATIONS
Graduated from Economics and Administrative Sciences, Logistics, and other related departments,
Having min. 2 year experience in related area,
Good command both written and spoken English,
Having knowledge of SAP and MS Office,
Strong communication and presentation skills,
Having advanced analytical thinking skills, attentive, meticulous, capable of having solutions and high judgmental skills,
Having creative, innovative approaches with an open mind
High sense of responsibility and teamwork.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Organizing logistics operations-import/export transactions.
Organizing and following export demands from internal customers,
Forwarding and following up the demands to the customs consultancy for the correct and timely execution of foreign trade transactions,
Supporting Domestic Distribution
Preparing necessary documents like tax instruction, payment instructions to the bank.
Making system entries (invoice/loading document/expense record)
Control of transaction files and submit to accounting team,
Preparing necessary reports.
