As part of our expanding operations, we’re looking for a Logistics Specialist to take charge of logistics in APAC, ensuring seamless processes and top-tier service for our customers. We’re looking for someone who can manage supplier relationships, communicate effectively with clients and teams, and take ownership of logistics processes from start to finish. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Manage logistics operations within an assigned region, ensuring efficient execution.
Negotiate with suppliers to optimize costs and service quality.
Act as a key liaison between the end customer and the commercial team.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate service.
Continuously optimize recovery and delivery processes.
Monitor, analyze, and report on logistics execution metrics.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt quickly to challenges.
Proactive approach with a desire to grow and take on new responsibilities.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency with Office tools, especially Excel and Word.
Fluency in English.
