About The Role

The Logistics Specialist is responsible for coordinating domestic and international transportation activities to ensure products are delivered safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively. This role partners with internal teams and external logistics providers to optimize freight operations, support global trade compliance, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

The Logistics team plays a critical role in supporting Fuller Technologies’ global operations by managing the movement of materials and products across our worldwide network. Working closely with procurement, manufacturing, customer service, and suppliers, the team helps deliver exceptional customer service while improving transportation performance and operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international transportation for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Negotiate freight rates and transportation services with carriers and logistics providers.
  • Coordinate freight forwarders, customs brokers, and warehouse partners to ensure seamless shipment execution.
  • Manage import and export activities while ensuring compliance with customs regulations and global trade requirements.
  • Analyze freight costs and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and reduce expenses.
  • Monitor carrier performance and implement corrective actions when service expectations are not met.
  • Support project logistics, customer delivery requirements, and new product introductions.
  • Develop transportation metrics and recommend process improvements that enhance operational performance.
  • Serve as the logistics subject matter expert for cross-functional business partners.
  • Ensure compliance with transportation policies, trade regulations, and company safety standards.

You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience in logistics, transportation, import/export, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience negotiating freight rates and managing carrier and third-party logistics relationships.
  • Strong understanding of international shipping, customs regulations, Incoterms, and freight management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across global, cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
