Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to oversee the efficient and timely delivery of products from suppliers to customers. This role requires coordination with various departments, suppliers, vendors, and shipping agencies to ensure smooth operations in line with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage detailed logistics plans and schedules, ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products in coordination with Procurement, & Operations Department.
Collaborate with shipping agencies to monitor their performance, resolve issues, and ensure smooth delivery processes. This includes coordinating shipment schedules, freight methods, and tracking deliveries.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving shipping issues, including lost or damaged items, in coordination with shipping and insurance agencies, as well as all internal stakeholders.
Regularly review procurement orders and contracts to ensure alignment with delivery terms, conditions, and compliance requirements.
Negotiate shipping costs, and shipping methods with shipping agencies. Communicate these details to suppliers to ensure clear understanding of logistics requirements.
Responsible for Warehouse storage and Inventory records.
Continuously improve logistics processes to meet sales and operations targets, ensuring operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Foster strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and shipping agencies, ensuring timely communication and resolution of issues related to deliveries.
Ensure timely processing and payment of invoices related to product shipments. Collaborate with the finance department to ensure all financial transactions are completed on schedule.
Coordinate with clients’ representatives or internal operation teams for the dispatch and receipt of products on-site, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery.
Work closely with the Procurement Section, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure all logistics requirements are met.
Maintain and update logistics transactions and system records to ensure all data is accurate and up to date.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for import and export shipments.
Perform other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.

Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and shipping agencies.
Problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Knowledge of procurement processes and financial transaction management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of ERP warehouse management systems.
