Responsibilities：
Manage daily operations domestic and international 3PL warehouses-responsible for shipments, returns, counting inventory.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales to align order timelines, and customer communication strategies, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operations.
Anticipate and identify problems, challenges, and opportunities by analyzing data and reports.
Actively engages a continuous improvement mindset to reduce costs while improving performance.
Verify proper documentation is obtained and maintained.
Manages multiple priorities including customer inquiries, order changes, product returns, and shortage resolution.
Maintains current knowledge of transportation operations, including county, State, and Federal & International transportation regulations.
Requirements:
Bilingual in Chinese and English. Able to read and write in Chinese.
1-3 years logistic experience in 3PL warehousing, inventory management and trucking.
1-3 years in international supply chain management.
Ability to have regular meetings and communication with key internal supervisors and managers overseas.
Occasional travel may be required.
