Requirements
Ability to execute, at a proficient level, all logistics job functions as defined by product job travelers
Ability to understand and follow standard operating procedures and SWI
Knowledge of best practices in accordance with logistics functions (receipt, material flow, picking, outbound)
Ensures timely delivery of product to customer
Maintains physical and ERP inventory accuracy and integrity; performs cycle counts, identifies and investigates discrepancies, and coordinates discrepancy reconciliation
Ability to meet/exceed daily output goals and metrics
Demonstrated ability of cross-departmental collaboration
Ability to understand and execute a broad range of basic and intermediate level EPICOR ERP transactions to support logistics of job functions
Identifies opportunities for improvement and implements continuous improvement initiatives and more
Knowledge of GMP and GDP
Strong organizational skills, with a deep understanding of lean principles and their impact on operational efficiency
Strong customer focus, both internally and externally
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to work effectively in a team setting, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Adaptable to changing priorities and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
