We’re looking for our next Logistics/Shipping Specialist to join our company. Our ideal candidate is an excellent deal-maker who loves talking to people and has prior experience with track and trace, logistics, supply chain, and customer service, the ability to multitask, high energy, a positive attitude, and proactiveness, excellent communication skills with a good English level, both written and verbal are a must.

Position: Full-time.
Location: Hybrid. (Medellin, Col).
Salary: $800 – $1000 USD (Negotiable).
Experience: 1 – 3 years (Not a dealbreaker).
US Holidays OFF.
English Level: B2+
ENGLISH RESUME IT’S A MUST.
Responsibilities:
Relevant experience in supply chain and logistics, Last mile operations, reverse logistics
Handle Logistics and shipping with a focus on time and appropriate handling.
Coordinate carriers help set up reliable companies offering better prices and better services.
Save money on monthly shipping charges both for ground, and LTL
Monitor processes, update, and contribute to the implementation of new and better structures.
Requirements and skills:
Prior experience working with logistics and shipping
Experience with Track and Trace.
Great communication skills and teamwork
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job
Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
English required – B2 or higher.
