As we are growing rapidly, we are currently looking for a Logistics Specialist, to work in a hybrid mode, at our offices in SINDOS, Thessaloniki.

About the Role – Coordinate and schedule material movement towards Customers/Assigned Warehouses and from the Assigned Warehouses/Suppliers to customer under the agreed sales conditions. Improve Supply Chain performance.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistics Specialist to manage and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, track inventory, and ensure efficient delivery of goods while maintaining cost-effectiveness and compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and oversee logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery of products.
Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and optimize supply chain efficiency.
Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory levels, and logistics expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities within the supply chain.
Qualifications:
A college degree is required with a preference for a focus on logistics or business.
Required Skills:
3 – 4 years of working experience in logistics preferable with carriers, warehouses
Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention to detail skills with the ability to handle multiple queries at one time
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP
Excellent attention to detail and planning ability
Fluent in English

Experience with the UK road transportation is a big advantage
