The position

The Logistics & Shipments Administrative is responsible for overseeing logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely management of shipments. This role involves developing administrative tasks related to shipping, inventory control, and supply chain management while maintaining strong communication with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.

Main responsibiilties

Handle administrative tasks such as preparing shipping documents, updating shipment status reports, and liaising with vendors and customers.

Schedule and manage incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.

Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve shipment-related issues or delays, ensuring smooth operations.

Monitor and analyze shipping performance to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Oversee inventory management, including tracking stock, fulfilling orders, and updating internal databases.

Qualifications and Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

C1 level proficiency in English (both written and spoken).

At least 5 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or administrative roles.

Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ideally, experience using SAP or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.

Familiarity with Incoterms and experience working with freight forwarders.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
