Your focus will be on the data-driven identification, analysis, and monitoring of systemic logistics risks. The ideal candidate possesses an investigative mindset, a high degree of data accuracy, and the ability to seamlessly bridge complex transportation metrics with corporate business solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Risk Identification & Pattern Analysis

  • Extract, model, and analyze high-volume logistics data across internal platforms—including TMS, WMS, ERP, and freight claims systems—to detect hidden risk patterns, carrier anomalies, and financial leakage.
  • Track, track, and forecast long-term trends regarding cargo loss, product damage, transit delays, and carrier service failures.
  • Conduct deep-dive, quantitative root-cause analyses to support cargo claims investigations and operations adjustments with concrete data modeling.

Reporting & Performance Management

  • Build, maintain, and scale robust logistics risk dashboards, early-warning indicators, and core risk KPIs for leadership review.
  • Prepare clear, regular risk assessment reports and custom ad-hoc analyses to protect supply chain continuity.
  • Deliver data findings and process-improvement recommendations to minimize liability and increase delivery security.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance

  • Partner closely with IT and Logistics Operations teams to continuously improve systemic data quality, system integrations, and reporting automation.
  • Support internal audits, external compliance reviews, and structured supply chain risk assessments with rigorous data collection and validation.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications

  • Schedule: This position requires a fully onsite schedule at our corporate facility.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Experience: 3 to 6 years of progressive professional experience specializing in logistics analytics, transportation operations analytics, or supply chain data tracking.
  • Advanced Excel Execution: Elite proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Candidates must be highly skilled in writing complex formulas, executing advanced lookups, creating dynamic pivot tables, and performing high-volume data matching and comparison analysis.
  • Data Tooling: Hands-on experience writing queries in SQL and designing interactive dashboards within modern business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
  • Systems Knowledge: Strong familiarity handling large datasets native to Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and core logistics performance metrics.

Core Competencies

  • Analytical Power: Strong quantitative skills with an inherent ability to translate raw numbers into cohesive, strategic business narratives.
  • Elite Attention to Detail: Flawless tracking and data accuracy when handling sensitive financial or operational compliance data.
