Role Description The Logistics Responsible role at Agropeak is a full-time, on-site position based in Mersin. This role oversees daily logistics operations, including organizing inbound and outbound shipments, coordinating transport with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensuring timely delivery of poultry and agricultural products. The Logistics Responsible collaborates closely with the commercial team, suppliers to support efficient, cost-effective, and reliable supply chain processes.
Qualifications
- Planning capabilities to coordinate shipments, schedules, and logistics workflows effectively.
- Analytical Skills to interpret data and improve logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Experience with Purchasing processes related to logistics, including coordination with suppliers and transport providers.
- Team Management skills to collaborate with and guide, transport, and operations staff.
- Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, trading, or agriculture/poultry sectors is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Mersin, manage multiple priorities, and communicate clearly with internal and external partners.
- Fluency in English is a must, along with knowledge of international trade and shipping practices.
- Ability to adapt flexiable working hours
